Krishnan Ram-Prasad is a Junior Research Fellow in Classics and Linguistics at Merton College in the University of Oxford. He holds a BA in Linguistics and an MPhil and PhD in Classics from the University of Cambridge. He is a comparative Indo-Europeanist, specializing in the syntactic structure of ancient Indo-European languages and their shared ancestor, Proto-Indo-European. Alongside this work, Krishnan has an active line of research in decoloniality and critical disciplinarity in Classics and Philology.
